I would like to know how is now based how much are you geting from an attack???

Some times i get all the naq and some times allmoust no naq

First... Make sure you are at war with them as that is one of the biggest factors.

Next it has to do with the size of your attack, and a small rank modifier. Giving you a little less if you are higher up.

I dont know man. I dont think rank has anything to do with it.
I attackt someone on 5k rank and took all of his naq and attacked some one 100 ranks higher than me and got like 1/2 of his naq. And i allways use 15 turns.

Rank used to have alot to do with it. Then it was critical.
And now i'm not sure what it's status is after the recent update.

There is a random bit to each attack, I'm not sure how much, but it can't be more than 15% So that comes into effect. Also I think the closer the battle the less naq is taken.
I don't know.. if I attack someone with 20mil I usualy get anywhere from 16- to the full 20.

are you sure? i never declare war before i attack and i get like 80% of his naq-s

Unless something has changed.... war should be huge.

I.e on a 20mill i might get 8-10 without declaring war.. declare war and I could make 16-20. but it been awile since i've attacked neutral partys so maybe something has changed. Still, i would declarewar, as it also helps you relocate previus farms.
