Problem
One of my alliance members currently cannot access anything SGW related; main, ascended, or the forum. When he tries, he says that when he tries he gets a server not found message. He thought he may have been banned, but I was accidentally banned once and it didn't work like that. Any idea whats going on? (BTW, he can access any website except ones related to SGW.)

Maybe an IP ban? i'm not sure how that works tho!
