At what rank do I start getting my GnR points?

For future reference take the current number of total players (found on the left side under your personal log) and then multiply by .02 to find where the range for 1 G&R starts. Multiply by .002 to give you the range for 5 G&R. Build really big stats and get to rank 1 for 10 G&R.
