Trained an extra 15 men onto my already 100 units in each power fell by over a 1/4, from over 2000 to 400. My rank also dropped after the turn, now much lower, tried untraining and re-training but no effect current power with 115 men on level 9 covert (1 higher than before this) is 781, a lot lower than what I had with 100 men on level 8. Over half.

Something has gone wrong here.

cov/anticov scanner/sensor are now adjusted so that they are about 1000 times less at level 30, and 130 times less at level 20, than previous era....

I guess this recent change is the reason your power dropped.

Doesnt explain why the rank dropped unless other peoples coverts are made with more units.

Edit : // Ranks seem to be back to normal ish now though.
