The only way for the Goa'uld to be rid of the filthy Tok'ra is when we unite as one.

we are taking steps in the right direction, but as of yet there are system lords that do not wish to follow one single lord.

why should there be one single lord?
Why not a council that represents their own little individual faction of Goa'uld?
For example a representitive from each Goa'uld Alliances could participate in a council for the greater good for The Goa'uld Race.

If you can find enough powerful GODS then it would be a step forward but no powerfull system lords will want to do this, best bet is to start of from lower lords and buld them up, but you still run the risk of a revolt by one and the strongest. the way you are speaking Ernest is dangerus for you, you have a tone of tok'ra in your voice. take my warings onboard and dont spread this about to the wrong people.

take a look at the Horus System Lords and the leading members of the other alliances of the Goa'uld Empire and you'll see that we already have something similar built up.
Also, the Dominium System Lords are an alliance of strong and well known System Lords.
