I think Dermetry meant that the game should sell it at a much higher price than the current market, so that the people that can afford to spend that much and don't want to waste time going through the forum can do so without upsetting the market rates..
I don't think it would work out for the better though
Edit: As for the cap idea, I took it as a joke
I don't think a cap would ever happen where if you went over you get banned

When the government does do that the money just loses worth and prices go up. Its like a fixed ratio , as the money goes up so does the prices , the exchange rate and taxes

I'm glad a well developed long term trading list allows me to buy turns way below the market prices now a days. I often have to quickly sell or give away turns because I'm offered more then I can handle at times.
