Covert bug Closed

i have a friend who also plays the game, his covert is a lot lot lot lot higher almost double mine in fact.
So how is it that i can spy on him?

My covert is:
Covert Action 255,610,400,000 +
AntiCovert Action 127,805,200,000 Ranked 2,206

and his is

Covert Action 639,781,360,113 + Anti Covert Action 1,163,044,528,800

Howwww can i see his statsss???????????????

You only need i think 1/5 of their covert power to see things, though i think you need like 1/4 to see either army size, or naq in open
