what does this mean.
under people names, when they post on the left hand side, it says differnt thisng like, spammer intermediate and iregualr... is this just a title or does it allow u to do cool thing...

it's just a rank, i configure them myself mostly.
there are a few custom titles out there. and then the standard ranks one gets at certian post counts.
