Couple of Questions

Alright, there's this guy who keeps attacking me, but I was looking at his stats, and noticed two things:

a) He has himself as his general and as his officer - should this even be possible?
b) When he attacks me, his attack army is twice mine, and his overall army is 3 times as large, but he suffers 0 losses and i suffer ~75 normally - can someone explain this?

you can make yourself your own commander, this gives you a UP bonus of 20%. you'll show up on your officers list then... lol

second question:

he's Tau'ri, his unique tech will sometimes allow him to take no casualties from attacking.
