Pollywog's were a cross between men and toad/frogs in the animated series. Cannon fodder basicly. The bad guys always had them as henchmen.

They may have been but I'm almost sure it was pollywogs. That or the time the Flower in the swamp turned the cacalier into one they called him a pollywog.

I'd buy that series if I could find it.

I think your right. I remember the creature in the swamp. Do you remember the "Dragon's Graveyard" episode? That one was sweet.

Taimat was cool, but IMO Venger should have had more stopping power, considering how awesome he looked.

I picked up the series on eBay. I think it came out on DVD a few years ago.
