I noticed while on PPT my turns stopped at 3999, and wouldnt grow, however once my PPT had ended, my turns increased again...
This isnt right is it...

I presume they cap at 5K like they are supposed to. I just notice like I had a day of ppt left and they stopped growing per turn at 3999...
