He was an unusual sort....
But, by God, I LOVE his music.
Sadly missed.... R.I.P.

Seriously? Your a pretty terrible person. That isn't a joke either. I don't see how "LMAO" is appropriate when someone died.

Re: The end of Michael Jackson?? :(
Well it's obvious why people call him 'terrible' and such. While I am a fan of his music, I'm not one of those who go totally crazy and such. And I have considered his supposed crimes logically. Many know he's been inundated with lawsuits and allegations. The first one, Jordy Chandler. I find it curious that they took money and dropped everything so easily. A few years ago, they showed an update on the kid and well he seemed like a young punk. And then in 2004, the second family were quick to demand money and when they didn't get it, the case began. From what people who've met him say, he is vastly different to what most of the public believe. He seemed to settle every lawsuit by settling. Seems like a man who couldn't deal with being dragged through court all the time. Personally I think he was naive, misunderstood, but not guilty of the specific charges brought against him.
On a side not, did you guys hear what Uri Geller said? lol. Apparently a few years ago he hypnotised MJ to deal with a dietery problem and took advantage of that, asking him about Jordy Chandler. MJ, under hypnosis replied he didn't do what he was accused of. So upon being asked why he paid up, his answer was he just wanted it all to end. I do take that with a grain of salt, but paying up is the sort of thing someone like MJ would do.
On a musical note, perhaps not the greatest SINGER ever, but most definitely the greatest entertainer of the 20th Century atleast. I've seen one of his gigs and others on tape. Blows everyone else out of the water!

Ya know, people might hate me for saying, MJ was a Talented Entertainer, and a decent singer, But i really dont get why he ever made Superstardom. Was it the wierdness that propelled him so high?
Either way, it is a massive loss for Music, Music Fans, And the world in general.

RIP Mike. Although I didn't honestly love his music, but some of it is pretty damn good, so I'll give him that. =]
My heart goes out to the real (slightly crazy) megafans, family and friends.
Laugh My Ass Off? Someone died, grow up dude.
That goes to the people that are sending MJ jokes over SMS today, as well.

i'm not a big fan of his music, not really my style, but i have to admit the man was damn good at what he was doing.

He was a strange man, and I'm not even the biggest fan of his music, but nobody can deny the impact which he made on popular culture, or indeed the impressive following of dedicated fans which he gained. This is certainly a momentous moment in music history.
Although I have to admit that I'm rather enjoying some of the tasteless aftermath jokes.
