Celebrimbor is from LotR, more specifically really The Silmarillion. He actually (if you know anything about LotR) made the Rings of Power. So I want my Siggy to, IF POSSIBLE, be themed around that, that is, include Elven Rings of Power. Please include my name "Celebrimbor" and also my alliance "T I T A N S" (with the spaces...) on the Siggy.

The size of the sig and everything else pretty much is up to you. Payment.... *sigh*. I will pay the person who's sig I choose, how much depends on the sig, but it will be above 1tril. UU if you want the equivalent... Right now I can think of nothing else.
REMEMBER! Any LotR Sig, preferably The Silmarillion based sig is fine, I would just prefer one based on Celebrimbor. Also you don't have to use the images provided if you decide to do one based on Celebrimbor, any others that are better in any way can be used they are just examples
