Ascending question (not newbie Q)

Right basically this is how it is:
Sold my old account with Ascended account and bought a new account that i was told did not have an ascended account. I then changed my main name to what it was before but the Ascended name was the same as before.
So-Old ascended account and new main account have same name.

Last time i tried to ascend i untrained everything and sold everything etc but when i went to ascend it said as my name was already taken on ascended. The person who has my old account said they couldn't log due to info being wrong or whatever. Eventually i wasted 2 name changes on changing from and to my normal name and ascending.

Recently got my new ascended account thanks to admin , which must have just not been passed on to one owner along the way. Now i want to ascend again but dont want to untrain everything again to find out if i can keep my name this time and i dont want to waste 2 weeks or MT on name changes.
What do people think/know? Will i be able to ascend this time or not?
Oh and the person who has my old account is fairly inactive atm so hasnt had time to fix the old ascended account.

if anyone in ascended has that name it will mess you up. AFAIK

Another problem admin needs to work on.

Have someone search the name you want in ascended?

yeah i know my old ascended is still called man called jim so damn i cant ascend till that dave bliss chappy gets his ass into gear . Cheers lore, yeah it does seem a bit rubbish and im surprised people havnt used this more offensively
