well they aint intended to offend and thats why im asking... the whole intention is to use some of the darkest events and groups in history into the sig... as the nickname is prince of darkness... if i wanted to offend anyone i would just call them jack... jk... ** runs fast and away **

About the sig;
Poor design, bad placement, illegible font (it's just because we know what it *should* say that we know what it says), and a theme that lacks imagination and creativity.

Other as that.. fine sig.


As a mod: Poor taste, devoid of imagination, and definitely not portraying that Prince of Darkness feel that Arthas, Ner'zhul and Ozzy Osbourne convey. Cannot say anything about it being allowed or not, but it seems to me it would be better for your rep to have someone with actual skills work on that sig.

Honestly i find it strange that anyone gets offended by that as the nazi flag is as someone mentioned stolen from something else that is not that hard.

The thing is to many will just whine because they can and because they dont know the history of the flag.

Lets take Hitlers little love for his grettings with his hand, that actually stolen from the Roman Empire and was a standard regards in the army yet today its taken as bad if used because OHH HITLER DID IT, YES but so did the romans and thats what i am doing lol.

Anywho its not bothering me as in the eyes of Roleplay and ingame that flag has no meaning its only because people wanna take it into RL.

Fully agree. Everyone everywhere is going to find something offensive. Throughout the forums there is hundreds of different flags and banners that support tons of things other people probably have problems with. In all fairness to try to get this removed or ban anyone for it id imagine that the forum admins would have to remove all flags, and all support banners and all that because not everyone agrees with everything. But some people (not saying you do or that i agree with them) Fly the nazi flag or in my own area the southern flag with pride or to symbolize there heritage and no matter what they mean to you its the same as flying an isreal flag or flying a british flag. They all have histories good and bad which is determined by each person on an individual level.

Also, every rational (and instructed?) person cares about history statistics, because behind the numbers are people who could have been your parents, grand parents, friends...just that they aren't named, doesn't mean it's any better or lighter. It's much worse than all people who died by age issues over millenium. Simply because everyone dies at some point. However, dieing by yourself and killing/ordering to kill someone is very, very different. Even more when you kill people for no valid reason backed by the "right" to do so. Hitler tried to eradicate every follower from a religion...
That's why harbouring nazi cross is unacceptable. I could say some about Communism...but well, people tend to belittle atrocities from Communism. Strange effects of history..

Umm.. no. That is downright ridiculous. You would erase history and live entirely in the present? Because that is what your argument suggests.. And that is, frankly, an insult to everyone else but you. But why would you care.. after all, it's got nothing to do with you, does it?

The original "indian" cross is not the same if you look at it, different positions by the 4 branches. So, flawed argument.

Roleplay isn't an excuse to take everything without caring of its meanings...pretty much like the "I was joking" stuff...
