Jason cut the cap growth down to 25 mill a year, a snails pace.

I can buy more UU in one day then the cap rises in one year.

If people didnt sell UU all the time I'd say 1/2 the server would be 400 mill by now, but there is no reason or advantage to growing anymore. It is entirely way more profitable and logical to stay about 10 mill below the raid limit and sell UU as you near it.

Never understood why admin makes it fairly easy to achieve 1 mill UPs and then cuts the growth to 25 mill a year.
