Sending messages and Race mods...

Race mod group was made when we needed it the most.

And it is still being used when we need it.

And it is rarely spammed.

The issue is for it to be used someone has to add it by accident but it should be able to remove when replying if not something is wrong.

I would prefere if it stayed there and people learned not to use it as it is a good tool to have for me and Freespirit.
