No, not fixed. Although, the streaming is still very slow..my MSN is occasionally going in and out. It's rather..odd.. :?

hmm, i often have the same problem

is this a constant thing or does it act up for a few days every month?

you might want to try resetting your router and your network, other than that it might be a DNS server

or it might be that ur ISP is just rubbish, much like mine, and arn't gonna do anything abt it :x
