are there any other ways to earn naquadah other then attacking and income per turn(only 100.000 for me )?

Getting a commander usually works. They add to your turnbased income, and additionally if you find a generous one they may hand you some stuff every now and then.

As soon as you build an idiot proof system, somebody else builds a better idiot.
If it moves, kill it. If it doesn't move, kick it until it does move, and then kill it.

100K I would consider to be next to nothing.
But many would consider my income (2mil) to be pathecticly low.
I would expect for a UP of 1K that your commander at least be giving you 100K/turn. UP of 2K 600K etc.

Depends. For instance, I make over 22M naq per turn. My officers share 9M among them. There are even people out there with incomes that dwarf my own. However, these people may have special requirements before they let you become their officer.
