I can almost guarantee no user of the game was alive to witness the uses of this, so cannot have any 'horrible memories'. It's on a forum. It's insignificant. There is no logical reason someone of the current generations should or would be offended by this.

While I agree with you for the most part, lets also see the other side of this. I agree the chance an actual "victim" plays this game is slim to none, I also say the chances that the child of a "victim" plays is substantial. Human travisty, even in a R/P sense when so fresh in history is not something to be toyed with in my personal opinion. I am sure that if anyone Mother or Father, or Grandparents had suffered that fate, then yes there would be some emotional resentment to such images.
