UP totals and commander bonus

OK how is your commanders up bonus from you worked out, from your raw production or from your total production as i have being told both by different people now

No... It's just for the first time since I started I focused on attack...
20mill attack an sudenly I jump 2K ranks... All I had wanted was to farm... instead I jump ranks....
Still it was n00bsish as I didn't mean to do it :wink: I'm going back to 2-3K ASAP.
