Whats up with the 2 logins on the Ascended Server?

Whats up with the 2 logins on the Ascended Server?

Well I have noticing this 2 log in forums thingy for awhile on the ascend sever. 1 of them above of the picture, and another one below the picture. Just didn't really bothered asking about it till now, whats up with the 2 logins on the Ascended Server?
