Public Service Message

Problem is that ME is a ranked stat.

Sabbing gets someone 95% of ME.

So people need to sab more,

Suggestions

Don't train up many tpyes of weapons
Don't train up large strike ( since attack weapons get killed at 500% faster rate)
Invest in Techs instead of weapons, since people can't sab techs

I'd say get higher scanners but it really doesn't help that much, since your weapons may be your bank.
