Dual planets

Is it still possible to create a double planet with all 3 market turns. Or was this disabled since we are able to buy duals now on black market?

That's a good question. I'm certain that I wiser sage can aid you. My inference would be yes, because dual planets had to have come from somewhere, prior to the institution of the ability to purchase them, eh?

Best ways to get a dual atm are either buy one from Market for ingame resources, or buy one from ingame black market for $$$. I know that a lot have been abandoned over the past few months but i heard some one say that they we're sent to the abyss or something like that. Can't remember now, i'll do a search and might repost if i find out what i mean
