Different realms relations

Different realms relations
Can i change them? There are a couple of people on my war list in pergatory and i can't seem to find a way to normal them.

You can set all your relations to peace or neutral, but then you would lose your farm list. 
They might come back to normal . . . . then you can farm/mass them for the with righteous indignation for what they did to you.

Like they suggested, you can either
a) Set all your relations to neutral
b) Ascend
c)set your relations to normal with whole alliance they are in(if they are in any).

b) Ascend
c)set your relations to normal with whole alliance they are in(if they are in any).
I am confused too so many in perg keep setting me to peace and I cant do anything back...
