Hmmmm, this seems to be a frequently asked question. You might want to check out the faq (the sticky one in this forum) to learn why it happened and how you can prevent it (among other things). Go read it, it's worth your time.
As soon as you build an idiot proof system, somebody else builds a better idiot.
If it moves, kill it. If it doesn't move, kick it until it does move, and then kill it.
