Lowest i could find ingame was in the very low 4*** series but i dont think said player is active any longer.
Course for all we know Jason could be playing his admin account daily with training/banking and his ID is 1

Just go into attack and search id, start with 1.

If you're looking for the player that's been playing this game the longest by searching for the lowest ID's won't work cause a lot of accounts changed users so that won't work.
