I happened to find 47flamigos with 50b naq out, very small account, very new. I farm it at 11:00, like anyone would.
At 14:27 I get hit by kc2442. Didn't think much of it. Until I looked at his account. Also a very new one. but what first caught my eye is this....

Random letters on both of them for Race Name. I thought this could be common, but then I looked at their IDs and they are 3 apart.
So I sent kc2442 a message asking why he hit me.... no reply. So I decide to look up the IDs inbetween those IDs. And I found:

Also, I noticed from my attack logs.... their MS names:
flamigo uses its Nuclear Volley......
flamigo x uses its Nano Volley......
Flamingo 3 uses its Nano Volley......
I got a message from kc2442:

I told him multiple accounts is against game rules, he claimed he had no clue.... even though when you register an account you HAVE to click the box that states that it is your only account.... and he did that twice, possibly three times and still did not know!
So before anyone says something, yes I did inform him of the rules rather than just post here. However, after informing kc2442 of the rules after he told me that oswin5656 is his other account.... things got a little stranger....

Odd because kc2442 knew why I was attacking them, but in this message from oswin5656 it sounds like he doesn't know.... maybe pretending to be another person now to change his story.
