It has always been my understanding that new accounts get 3 army and approx 20k naq.
I don't believe that has changed in recent years.

I have thought maybe someone is being generous and giving new accounts set resources.... but then it doesn't seem consitent either because it's not all new accounts. Plus it would be a rather silly thing to do because not all new accounts end up being used or active.

But it does seem that 50k uu is being sent to these accounts, with some uu disappearing due to the 1% that run away. And it does seem to be 50b naq also.

Wierd.

I have also wondered if it is a multi then why have the 50k uu not been trained and the 50b naq used? Which brings me back to maybe someone is giving resources freely to new accounts..... which again is rather a waste if the account is never used.
