...considering my opinion on the average level of concern that exists within the forum team, covered in the general ignorance of the community itself and sprinkled sparingly with a total lack of even the tiniest speckles of IQ, ...to alert anyone outside of this section to my plight would be an exercise in pure futility resulting in puerile fecundity, we feel.
I've *possibly* changed my original forum account password and don't recall doing it.
It's not my belief that i have actually done this rather foolhardy thing and i certainly aren't short of an enemy or two but this seems to be, for the moment anyhow, the fairest way to "put it". "It" being a problem, so to speak, not a crime.
Are any of you marvelously clever and thoughtful chaps/chapesses (surely there must be some?) moderating hereabouts "high up in the high-up-ness" enough to be able to give me inside information on my other account? I won't be going into personal details in public but i'm quite sure some if not all of you know who's signature you'll find at the end of this (somewhat less than modestly) admittedly "me-like" post.
...winning applicant can have my personal phone number!*
No but yes but no but seriously - even the email seems to have changed, which is incredibly odd - i had to borrow my mum's for this account.

Re: I realise this is in the wrong section but...
Thank you all generaously for your offers of Help. in the end Clarkey gave me exactly the clue i needed to sort the problem out without much trouble. Plus, i managed to re-activate an old email account i'd neglected! Win/Win.
I'd like to eat some humble pie also, if i may. It was more than likely me what changed t'old password. From what Zeratul and Clarkey have told me ie. the date it was changed, it seems highly likely. The night in question my Lisa confirms i had drunk a significant amount of rum. I'm thinking that since i hadn't had the internet (and subsequently hadn't logged in for a while) the forum system automatically asked me to changed my password that night. I've still no idea what i changed it to!
Once again, in the light of what was said initially i am very happy to regret being so quick to judge the admin/mod team. You have been nothing less than courteous and helpful and, ultimately, you have solved my careless error. Thank you. As i said to Clarkey, this has certainly re-invigorated my faith in this community.

One of my favourite paradoxes. Now you, by your own definition, have become guilty of the same. Judge not, lest you be judged!

touche, i think that last part would be fitting to you as it would possibly to me if you take my post as judging you, which i do not.

The most gratifying elegant swager of the non plussant is never easily swayed but, behold- you do not class yourself as what clearly, you are! You have judged and not only that but aired your judgement. By your own definition you have opinionated on such and you have no corner to turn into to.
You are confused - you double think, like most, you know no better. You speak opposition but you don't have the guts to believe in what you say - because you know that, fundamentally and logically, spiritually and ethically, it is wrong.
I would like to pat you, there there there. But it's gone too far, by now.
It is wrong. You know this. We all know this. Everytime someone loses a house, it is wrong. No matter what. Everytime a race of people is slaughtered so one bank can be built, it is wrong.
It does not matter on which side of the coin you fall, you are still chattell property of the bank. It is the thing which makes me MORE equal than you. You read animal farm, right? I'm some animals are more equal.
You, owe all your berth right to your fleet. You have been registered as being chattel property of the Crown (PLC) and as such you have little or no recourse to "the law" unless "they" see fit in which case you will be subjected to the full severity of it.
I, on the other hand, am ruled by none. I have only myself to answer to.
