There's nothing wrong with this in my opinion.

He's not taking advantage of anyone's disability to visit forums.... how does Hookoo2 know whether they visit forums or not? Take this HiteiKan guy for example, Hookoo2 gave him the offer yet he visits forums, so that argument failed.

As long as there's no extortion involved, or anything bad like that then there should be no judgement upon him.

I'm sure many others do it ingame, just don't get it advertised on forums by a disgruntled punter.
