yeah it doesn't matter if you are super small when it comes to no defense inactives. they wont attack back. a good rule of thumb is to go for that 1)1 ratio. 1turn for 1bil naq. use 12 turn attacks and attack anything above 12bil. but seeing as you might farm at the same time as me that wont work out. lol. go with the 10 bil because you just started.
