That's what happened in this case.

Negative UU but not enough to trigger the ban but the person with the negative, even though it doesn't necessarily show up, can still attack.

i got that message loadssssssssssssssss of times a few nights ago.

My wireless internet cut out, it would cut off then come back on within 10seconds. However, i was massing at the time. SGW still had me logged in, but when the attack pages loaded it would have that message across the top, i just went to attack log, clicked on name and kept going

No neg UU, no neg Naq... nothing.
Just internet on and off, GW still logged in.

ive had that happen tons of times, i get -1 almost everytime i train, and the most i think was -8,

this is a reoccuring bug. it happend to me a while back when i was getting massed and i tried to train units im guessing at the same time as i got hit.

it doesnt autoban but it doesnt allow attacks and shows -trained units

in my case something even strange hapopend and i ended up with over a billion uu and my temporary ME went into -figures. Admin had to ban my account and reset it to a previous date.
