I'm looking for skilled people advice on that one.
For few weeks already, I noticed I had some problems when I was farming or massing in sgw *and* sgaw (was more likely sgw beta until this week, sgw main has same problem). So I felt it must be firefox issue. No. I tried IE, K-meleon, Safari. Problem remains.
What is the problem? All of a sudden in middle of farming or massing, the page stays frozen, the loading logo shows up on the tab, but the loading bar in bottom doesn't move (while it says it's loading on the comment bar on the bottom left of browsers). Then after some minutes (can be up to 15min), a blank pages comes up. I tried everything I could, and I can't solve this. Do you think it's because of my *self modded* connection, or can it be solved?
So yes, it *is* annoying!

Re: Annoying connection problem
i assume you are using windows.
go to "run" type CMD and press enter
then type ping gatewars.com -t
wait about 10-15 minutes and look at packet loss persentage. (i'd say if it's 10% call your ISP) if it's 0% the problem is with software...
also what connection do you have?
edit: scratch that i think sgw server has blocked icmp echo-reply. so type in some famous website instead of gatewars.com
