Suggestion for Alliance Bank + winning War

This is really just a rough idea that i thought of now, and i couldn't really go too much depth into it...

But wat if the Alliance Bank is used as a measure to determine who wins wars, like whichever alliance steals more naq from the other alliance wins

I really couldn't work out the maths and stuff to do it right but, is this idea worth it or not to try develop this idea furthur? if it is even possible?

If defenses were ALOT more defendable, and couldn't be obliterated, then yeh, it could be. But since during war, most/all alliances don't bother with a defense, the alliance with the SMALLEST army sizes wins (since, they make less naq, so have less to be farmed with 0 def)

during war then i could then send my enemy i just massed 500bil straight and steal it over and over.....

i think the allaince bank should be used in the same sense as a normal bank operates.

you should be able to withdraw a percentage of the total amount divided by the number of players in the allaince, whenever you need it.

however like a bank in real life operates you have to deposit it back in bank within a week lets say and no interest charge after that you get charged interest at watever rate.

the concept might be good the numbers need to be worked out.

not true, the alliance bank is around 30 - 40 trill and if you have lets say 30 memebrs and that means you can only withdraw 10% then its not that much is it. apart from that whats the idea of having it if you can not use it when you need it most?
