Doesn't my calc address the cost of buying MS weapon and shield slots? Could you clarify, duderanch?

I basically want to make my calculator even simpler to use and add more functionality, so, by all means, suggest away. Just be very specific!

As for suggestions...

Say for example, I have just ascended. I want to know how much it is going to cost me to buy 100k UP and spy level 30. Is it possible for you to have an "add these numbers" box, that allows me to total all of the figures I need and produce them in a list?

Maybe if you had a stat cost calculator it would be good too.

Oh and let me just copy and paste the numbers with the commas in. I'm lazy like that

And just to comment on duderanches' post about MS power and cost, perhaps a little box about the tech levels too? Should be simple enough.

And yes, the toolbar idea does sound rather spiffingly useful.

Ok, so the three ideas I had are the following:

1. I'd add a fresh look and new functionality to my existing calc.
2. I'd create a toolbar mode that offers basic functionality on the go.
3. A spending simulator, which would have a similar layout to the game itself, but tell you how much you would need to spend to get to any given point. It would track total spending for UP, MS, techs, planets, weapons, unit training, etc. With extra information, I could make it simulate the stats you'd reach, as well, but that wouldn't be the immediate goal.

What i was was saying was something like this... I have attached 3 pictures, the first one is what a real ext does. the other 2 were Ideas i had for others. I just don't have the understanding to make something like that.

Okie, the current Classic Calculator makes most of the calculations in the first picture, although it doesn't take in account the efficiency techs for the MS )as those didn,t exist when I made it).

I could theoretically turn the second idea into a reality. I'd need data, though. I could make it so that it calculates the resources necessary to reach a certain stat, which I think would be even more useful than calculating the resources necessary to buy a certain amount of weapons or whatever. This would actually tell you the amount of weapons needed to reach a certain stat and how much they'd cost.

For example, you could ask the calculator how much it'd cost to get your strike to 2 tril and tell it whether or not you want to use supersoldiers (or maybe even the ratio of supersoldiers to mercs) and it would tell you how many UU, mercs, weapons and naquadah you'd need.

If you want a calculator like this, though, I'll need the following data:

I need to get info for each unascended race possibility and I'd need to know about the bonuses gained by ascending. Is it still a +5% cumulative bonus for each of the first 6 ascensions and then a +1% bonus to stats afterwards?
