PPT Shortened.

Just logged on and noticed my ppt time wasn't negative. Looked in logs and I was being massed. Considering 2 days ago I waited until 2 minutes after the turn change to ppt again, and when I checked less then 2 hours ago still had time left to come off this next turn I think it's a bug. Glad I logged on when I did, however still lost about 1 tril in fleets due to having no crit or nox.

Checked my saved logs and msn convos, definetly was supposed to be next turn.

Try and make the admin meet, and bring this up, along with the other person whom had it shortened on them also.

I'm going to try to make it this time around, so if i do, i'll try bring it up (if it's not canceled)
