Is it worth it to build a CS? Does it help out in battle alot like a strong ms?

for rank its worth it, for anything else, no... the added benifit of beiong a lower rank makes it even itself out(if that makes sense)

It is a complete and total waste of time and resources, it addes so little to a strike.

tbh, the CS' need to be abt 10-20 times more powerfull than they are currently to make them a useful addition to your strike/def
