In view..a humble Vaudevillian veteran cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vestitutes of fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity is the vestige of the vox populi now vacant and vanished as the verisimilitude now venerates what it once vilified!
However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation stands vivified and has now vowed to vanquish these virulent and venal vermin van guarding vice and vouchsafing the violent violation of volition!
The Only verdict is Vengeance. A Vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain.. for the value and voracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and virtuous!
Verrily this viciousuage of verbage veers most verbose, however I must continue...
I come to you now as a prophet and a friend, as an eloquent voice of reason reaching out to your intelligence. Lend me thine eyes audience! Hand me your minds! I hear dissent amongst the hordes of the fading ghouls who haunt the ranking system, wails of boredom echo through my keyboard cracking at my screen...the game is rotting like a freshly picked apple left in the coveted light of the summer sun...it's a system of do or die, pointless efforts and strained enjoyment on a template that could be so much more!
If you're looking for the guilty, you need only to look into a mirror. I know why you did it, I know you were afraid...who wouldn't be?
War, terror, disease... There were a myriad of problems displayed to corrupt your reason...and rob you of your common sense, but fear got the best of you, and in your panic you turned...
turned to every new update that was suggested, every escape from the difficult ways that once were. You turned that person we call an admin for suggestions and ways out.
They promised you order...promised you a reprieve from your accounts doom and all these things demanded in return was your silent obedient consent. I once sought to undo these wrongs. The protected planets treaty, the over powering role of ascension and the ingame market...but my attempts were cast down nearly four years ago by some of the very members who stand here now and complain.
Only the players can change the game. Admins should be bowing to their players, not players bowing to admins. A choir of voices now wait to rise up seek and point out the faults... and they are right....whilst the power of the admins truncheon may be used in lewd of complaint to him, word shall always retain their power... words offer the means to meaning and to those who will listen the annunciation of truth.
And the truth is, there is something terribly wrong with this game...
The utter stagnation which we are all inevitably going to face is encroaching fast upon us. Wars can no longer be fought, a war here is a test of ones stubbornness and lack of abstract activity. The accounts are fast becoming standardised to the point where single features are so obtuse that it creates horrific imbalances, that hard workers are no longer rewarded to the point of a ultimate victory and no war is costly with a little effort.
The higher planes are wrecked with an anti scale weighing, but instead of facing the needed sacrifice to give us back our game, you cower and you fear loss of nothing itself! Only the SGW community could fall so far, time after time and despite your faults to date.. your greatest yet is falling so far, and learning nothing...and all this falling seems to have does is coerce you into your common cycle of brainless conformity.
These past few years I have sort to end this stagnation. I have role played and bullied you all to remind you of what you have forgotten.
More than 400 years ago, a great British citizen wished to imbed the 5th of November forever in our memories. His hope was to remind the world that fairness, justice and freedom are more than words. They are perspectives. They are rights of everyone, not just those with power.
So if you have seen nothing, if the crimes of our admin go unknown to you.. then I ask that you leave the admin meet on November 4th to pass unmarked. But if you see, what I see! If you feel as I feel.. and if you seek as I seek... then I ask you to stand besides me, one month from today (give or take a few) on the irc chat and together we shall give admin jason a November that shall never, ever be forgotten![/spoiler]
ok.. this is the real point though, without fancy language and quite short.
I have a problem with the game. I have a problem with those who play.. and use it. Some of you see these problems. Some of you fear the potential outcomes. Some of you have turned to $$ to make it better, but you spend this...with no thought of it's use. You get no attention from the admin who runs this game... no second glance.. no thought. The point has come.. where we have to chase down this person we pay to NOT do their job. This person.. we have had near unrelenting faith in for the past four or more years... this person.. that no longer cares.
My personal motives are now irrelevant.
I am not here for discussion on the issue, I am not here to get a petition. The time for this has past.
In one months time, on November 4th 2009.. it shall be the admin meet. The admin meet on this day.. is but half an hour before November 5th, a day that has gone down in universal history as the day a man, and his idea became immortal. That ruling bodies should listen to their, if you will, subjects...that the customer is always right.. that... the just and the fair need to be rewarded... not the callous and the greedy. The fact of the matter is.. our admin has become just that and there is no force.. with thousands of active players, that will stand up and be heard, or at least that's what I see.
The forum admins know how to contact Jason... they have means. We have the admin meet.
I say to you now... if you will not help me to help you.. then help yourselves take one last stab at this game. Help us all have one last go at it..and if all is said and done.. and we stand here with nothing then I urge you to do as I may now do... and walk away. Whether you see it now.. or in the coming year.. the stagnation of this game WILL become apparent too you.
I will make sure to pass the word around as many as possible.. I shall do my best to have as much as Nemesis online on this day to confront Jason as possible.
At the admin meet on the 4th of November we as a community need to confront him and draw our line in the sand. If, after all this, you are incapable of standing by me for a better cause for yourselves and each other.. then I know that which I have suspected for a long long time.. that my intelligence and my efforts at being a character to entertain.. are all wasted on a parade of spineless ghouls.
I leave the main forums now.. until that day. Let's see out of all of you who use these forums and this game.. which ones really have the balls stand up and be heard.
