Email question

I have an officer who changed his email address, and he typed it in wrong and confirmed it wrong...is there anyway to have someone reset his email?
his ID is 15445 and hasnt accessed in a long time it due to an inability to do so resulting from his stupidity. Does the system log past E-mails or last IP logged in from? cuz I can supply the IP if it logs it(which it should). thnx
