Intention is different then actually doing the crime. Hre you admit to the crime once you got caught in the act. If she did do the crime, she was never caught. Unlike you.

Well, I'm sure this isn't the first time Bahamut did this. He actually offered it to me in Quantum, way back in the first wave. It was against the rules then (as I told him) and it is still against the rules. If there's hundreds of people doing it, they're all wrong. Just because they didn't get caught doesn't mean you didn't cheat. And maybe it wasn't for your own good. But if you're doing it for others, there's a good chance they're doing it for you too. And that is for your own good. And let's not forget this isn't the first time your name pops up around cheating and other shady business. Maybe it's time you cleaned up your act and played fair like the rest of us.

so either is admin to check all multi logs on all accounts and punish all either is to remove that topic

when u work and go on vacation there is person that replace u and to do job for u

so solution is

either check all multi logs in this times ( i bet there is 50% of players doing this )
and punish all for doing mate a favour and watching over his account during this days

and sleipnir u know there was a lot ppl banking for each other in first wave of qwars i didn't invented that !

I love how you try to shift the blame the others to get you out of the spot light. Okay, maybe other did it. I know I did bank for a person a couple times. I admit it. First off, this topic is to expose you as a cheater. It isn't to say that everyone is a cheater. Magni is fully welcome to expose how you threatened him in Bryans account and openly prove you are breaking the rules for bryan. I am guessin' since you were finally exposed, you have stopped banking for Bryan? I mean he has 35 mill out and his weaposn are damged.

Yes, you dont' have to follow rules blindly, you can question them. That doesn't mean you are free to break them. If everyone was free to break rules, then why are there rules in the first place?

Umm, not really...If you go on vacation usually some other people in the company take over part of your work and do it while you are away. The only time you are replaced is if you are fired, you quit or you are promoted. And we dont' have those in the game besides quitting which doesn't fit here because it is ILLEGAL to have two accounts at one time.

Umm, Tomo, that wouldn't work. What about people that are on a famiyl computer with mroe then one playing at the same time. They are on the same IP, OMG! THEY MUCH BE CHEATING!!! I can give an example even. I am Dyneasty, my mother plays, she is FunEFarm (yes Bahamut, she isn't one of my multies), she doesn't have internet at her home so she does the game at work. Or when she comes to visit me 45 min away, she checks her account. What about if I am the town where she works, I stop in to go w/ her to lunch or something, I bank my account on her work computer. OMG! We must be cheatin'!

Umm, it doesn't matter if people did it, it is wrong. No matter what percentage of the people do it, it doesn't make it right!! I didn't play the first 3 rounds of quantum so I don't know for sure, but it is still wrong. Hell, you have other people steppin' up and sayin' that you said you break the rules and bank for them. Haha, Bahamut, I knew you'd do it! Way to stab your friend in the back to save your own skin! I have no idea why he's even your officer still. Honestly B, you say "we shouldn't follow rules blindly" but seem to want to break every rule given to you just to see if you'll get punished. And if the possibility comes up where you might, you shift the blame onto others instead of being responsible and admitting to cheating. If you did that, do you think this thread would even keep on going? If you acted responsible then you'd deflate almost everyone's argument.

Yeah I admit I asked to bank for him, but I knew it was wrong and I still say it is wrong. But punish me, please, I don't have a game account anymore but suspend my forum account here for at least a week if not more (yes I'm serious). However, Bahamut has several game accounts and he should be punished in game because that seems to be the only thing he cares about.

If you wish I will list the proof of Bahamut admitting to:
1. Banking (well its at the start of this thread)
2. Hacking Accounts
3. Having multiple accounts
4. Using other people's accounts for his own benefit

We are still votin' on the issue, we are workin' on many things at the moment actually....The Peace Treaty is just one thing on the agenda....

As far as Avagon being a Sholva...not really. He left, Tiamot took over his account, Tiamot likes EK better then AK. Nuff said.

Umm Apophis, calm the fu*k down. I have left the game for now and Bahamut has left an open invitation for me to return to AK when I do. As for now some people are taking care of my account assets while I help out the family of a friend who committed suicide in real life. Regardless of alliances or loyalties there are more important issues to tend to right now and I thank Bahamut for acknowledging that and actually being rather kind to me when he heard the sad news.

2. Jamie took over Ava's acc (according to Ava only an asset, not whole acc)
3. Jamie moved Ava's acc from AK to EK
4. Jamie deleted her own acc - Tiamot
5. Jamie changed Ava's acc from Asgard to Goauld and renamed to Tiamot2 (now Tiamot)


from that scenario, from what i see.. Ava still in-game only that some1 else (Jamie) took over his acc while he attend some real life things.

Naah.. my intention not to blame Ava or Jamie (since Tiamot now is Ava's). Maybe need further clarification on that rules. Some people understanding may differ from others.

or you could just set your account on vacation mode and take a few days to get it back in order when you return... but that would be to conventional wouldn't it

How are these illegal moves? And besides, these are all things that I did.
#1. Leaving the game is legal and I might come back now that I have some time. And thank you for the respect naq.

#2. Its not illegal to send account assets to someone, or else we wouldn't have the option to send naq, troops or AT after you get SS. But if I come back to my old account I will accept any punishment given to me for babysitting. Its not really babysitting seeing how tia has no account to call her own right now. But if I come back I'll take any penalty forum sees fit and tia will create an account and rebuild <--- Also a legal move.

#3. You can change any alliance you want to, you're not forced to be in one alliance forever. Seeing how I can no longer go on the AK site, why bother being a part of AK?

#4 Its not illegal to delete your own account, if it was, they never would have put in that option

#5. I changed from being an Asgard to a Goa'uld back in july or august because I wanted more naqs. And again changing your race isn't illegal, it comes at a high cost, but its not illegal.

Naq, if you're going to blame me for doing something wrong, make sure that its actually wrong instead of trying to get the heat off your alliance commander. Bahamut can defend himself, he just chooses not to.

The terms of our fight:
1. One attack using 15 attack turns total
2. One Sabotage
3. This one round fight is between you and I only, no help or other attacks from your friends at AK seeing how I won't have anyone from EK helping me.
4. Most damage caused wins

I don't know when this will happen (february? march?), but I will give you notice when I'm ready.

Now back to the topic at hand: As far as Bahamut misinterpreting the rules, I highly doubt he misinterpreted them otherwise he would have said that or that he's sorry for it. Which he's clearly not.
