find someone that will find newbies to distribute it to... or just find a newbie directly... dont give it to anyone with more than 20m army... they dont need it the way a real newbie does... (oh, and yes, we have more than 20m army, and no, we're not around enough newbies to be the one to distribute it fairly...)
