I've repair + some naq that I've had in open. And It seems that I've bank 21 bil Naq not 23, during the cost of my repairing.
in the same Moment that I've push the Bank Button, someone steal from me: 21 bil naq.
so:

I've bank, but i don't have the raport and the Naq was:
Naquadah: -21,540,359,898

I've take out from bank 1,540,359,898 to see if the errors disappear, but instead I've receive:

Put Naquadah into the Empire Stronghold amount: -20,000,000,000

Naquadah: -20,000,000,000


So I didn't cheat.
Well, I'm at war and I knew that person will attend to steal every little DMU from me, so I've bank as soon as i could.

What did I do wrong?


I've sent an E-mail to the Admin Address. so, i'm waiting an answer in here or via E-mail.

Moved to correct area

Its when someone hits you, and also you back, the game says that both are done, and so you have -ve naq out, so the cheat script banned you.

well, i'm not stupid, I know that a script banned me.

And, since I didn't do anything wrong, do I receive something (AT/ Naq/UU) for being banned for something that I didn't do?
Or, because it's says: - xx mil NAQ U'r are guilty no matter what ....

Also, I think it's a BUG, i didn't ask to be hit.

So this Script need some extra work, so people don't get punished for nothing.
So Changing the Post where I first wrote wasn't such a good Idea.

And I think the Admins have 3 problems with this script:
1. When i'll be unbanned if this would happen again in future
(pls make a comment about this in #h it takes to be unbanned)

2. When the script will be Update so this actions never be punished and banned actions will catch the bad guys only.

3. What are the Payback for being banned for nothing.
(in rl if U get in jail and after some years, U are considered not guilty, the state pays U some $$, so I think, Admins need to put a fix amount of Naq, UU, AT and PPT min that will be gave if something like this occur)

It depends mostly, on when a game admin comes online. If you haven't already, send an email to them, might help speed things up.

Likely you'll be given a ppt when unbanned (incase you're not at keyboard) but unlikely you'll recieve any 'compensation'.

The sensitivity of the autoban script is something we mention to Jason a lot, and despite his tweaking, still seems to catch a lot of 'innocent' people.

I've sent An E-mail to them, it's says in the first post that I've written.
I didn't edit that, I've edit the facts, i had some Tabs open with the pages that i've opened and I've forgot to mention in the first post, skip my mind.

also, "innocent" or not, I'm innocent untill I get a Full banned action for doing something wrong, admit that I've did it and get punished for this. And yet, I'm banned for nothing, well almost nothing:
it seems that playing the game it's a bad action if U do this.
Well this is the idea that I can get from this banned action.

Also I think this "innocent" U should say it to those who aren't innocent like they say they are. And I don't say I am, the admin will say that I'm innocent.

People get autobanned all the time, someone 4 or 5 times or more now.
Yes it's annoying and it's a hinderance to your game play. But I don't think it's something worth quitting over to be honest.

look mate, plenty of ppl have been banned and left banned for longer than you have(so far) some people have been banned a few times aswell. dont go saying you want compensation or anything. think of what the game could be like if the ban script wasnt there... think of the hackers and stuff that would be there.

It's not My problem that I get banned for nothing and my #1 issue is that I could do a lot of farming and massing. This spoils of war that I've lost.
Well, I don't say to compansate something that I could do, just to see, that he knows about this issue and knows it's not the most perfect method to catch the hakers/cheters ...etc. and he, respect us.

your problem is also alot of other people's problem; many people who have been autobanned by the script have missed out of farming naq and massing while at war, so don't think that your the only one. Even people who spend $ have the chance of being autobanned by the script. If you say that you are being unfairly treated because you spend $, then how must people who don't spend $ be treated? I think that admin treats every member of this community as an equal whether or not they spend $ or not, people who do wish to spend $ on this game do it as they indend to do, nobody forces them to spend it.

If admin was to do this, then the amount of naq/uu/turns would also have to be fair, which would result in more people whining about not being satisfied with the amount given.

I think you need to cool down.

The only reason the autoban is there is because of cheats. If people didn't and never did cheat then there would have been no reason to introduce it. They are the ones to blame for the autoban existence.

However, I can understand Jason's reluctance to provide "compensation" beyond a PPT when unbanning. I suggested last month to Jason that autobanned accounts get treated like Ostracised accounts, i.e. they continue to produce their turn resources whilst banned, then go on PPT when unbanned. i thought that was a good idea and would reduce the amount of complaints like this.

However, the response I got back was that it would be abused because people would be able to trigger the autoban.

Example... PPT 4 days a week. End PPT, trigger autoban, produce resources whilst remaining banned until Admin unbans you, then receive free PPT due to autoban. That all added together could mean an account if repeated could be untouchable.
