What empire has the most members?

I am curious? I'm not sure how many empires are around still but I just wanted to know :D

OE?
Nemesis?
TTF(are they an empire?)

TTF isn't an empire. My guess would be DDE.

Most members? I've always thought, quality not quantity. With that in mind, I believe DDE has the most.

I think you forgot TAF. They seem to be the biggest TTF group, although not specifically an Empire. I believe around 64? But as you said, looks to be DDE, OE, then TAF as the largest 3.

Yes that's true. The count would differ a little, but I'm not sure if it would differ enough to change the results.
