Yeah ... another way to put this is most planets lost, hardly anyone who steals regularily is doing so to sell planets / drop enemies planets unless they are loosing them too

lol I drop enemy planets almost every day, unless I've been planet stripped.

I always try to take mediocre UP planets, and I abandon the worst one before taking one the next day.
