Duals Query.

Now I know you can only take 2 a month, (by any means)
I have my eye on taking another. I have already taken 2 this month.
Do I have to wait till the 1st of the next month?
Or
Do I have to wait 30 days from when I took the first dual.
Or
Do I have to wait 30 days from when I took the second dual.

Anyone who has had taken more than 2 duals since this update and tried to take another, can you give me an answer please

Jan 2009 - Dual Planets on Black Market
The Black Market (linked off the 'market' tab) now has dual planets available. There is a maximum of 2 such planets that any one realm can acquire in a calander month - from any source. Ie - if you purchase one, and conquer one ... you are at your maximum for the month. The only exception is that if you LOSE a dual planet, your maximum for that month increases by one.
All counts reset to 2 at the beginning of the month, regardless of how many/when you may have lost previous dual planets.
The thought behind this update is that planets are taking a larger role in the game, duals are exceedingly rare, so over time this should infuse the game with more duals for the planet hunters out there...
(note - since this update comes mid month, jan/09 month has a limit of 1 dual)


now here is a question for ya. it says that if you loose a dual then it increases by 1 right. so does that mean if you loose 2 it increase by 2?

One would assume so. The real question is If you lost 10, could you re-take another 10 duals over the next 10 days or at the "2" new duals allowed point will it ignore any addition's.

Any also another question would be does abandoning a planet count as "loosing" one. If so I can take another this month, and even if I cant I only have to wait till sunday

i dont know for sure but i would assume it is only if you had one stolen. never had to abandon one. i guess it becomes clear by trial and error. i dont like this game feature.
