What does the number under the bank mean?

Realm Stronghold: x,xxx,xxx,xxx ( 97 )

What does this number mean? It was above 100 a few days ago I think.

It is your number of bank 'turns'
You have a max of about 250 and they recharge over time.
Each time you do a transaction you spend one.
