Actually, you have cheated in-game. That's another story though in which I promised never to tell..as for being banned, yes. Yes you have. Do you not remember what you did ETL's account? Deleting Jack's forum account? Or how about Draleg? And the other two whom's names slip my mind at the moment?

Yes, we already know. You went to Jason, and asked him to unban you so you could sell your account and that you wouldn't do it again. Trust me, we've been to Jason over what you did.

The accusation that players on either side have cheated was never the foundation for this or the previous server war.
Nor was it stated as a reason at the start of the war in May 2008.

why would 27 alliances still be at war a year after he surendered, sold up and left the game?

We are not defeated and nor are we living under any illusion.
We understand the situation perfectly. This is a catch 22 endless war because one empire chose to keep it going even though the majority of other teams supported discussions about ending it on reasonable terms and moving forward.
I guess that explains why you called it Game Over in May 2008

I really don't see how we are obviously defeated. You get farmed, we get farmed. You lose planets, we lose planets. You get massed, we get massed. You get sabbed, we get sabbed. The fact that you may have your defense now seems to be your only basis of victory, yet eventually you each lose your defense. Why battle on your terms when I can battle on mine and remove the few things of value you have left on your account. Sorry to my TAF brethren, but it appears that your topic has come to such a place.

FUALL isn't cheating. You haven't found anyone to be cheating that has been convicted, you've only accused one person where the owner of this game cleared personally where as Zesh was banned, and then unbanned after promising never to steal anyones in-game goods again.
