Whats a good war MS(I believe this fits here)

Im trying to build a nice MS for friendly wars but i want to know what a good ms for war is sorry if this doesnt fit here i didnt know where to put it.

Really depends on your enemies/targets, having a strike of 500bill is pretty decent against most people. But if your targets are of the larger size, you will have serious problems with that size.

I know, but fully built mine is only 1.7 so i can't say how many are 2T+ or 3T+ unlike you

(This is all based on me supposing your MS is indeed largest, which is in itself a gamble, I know it has been, but whether it still is..)

Well technically, you'll need only a 200bil MS strike to take down any other MS (Doesn't really matter if it's 1tril, 2tril, or even 4tril. So long as they are offline ;D)... (Yes, I've done it multiple times before). The repair costs on both sides are quite similar (But, the attacker will lose more because of ATs/weapons costs).

Depends on what you are doing. If you want to have live battles with someone, you want a decent amount of defense to you strike. 3:4? While if you are planning on taking down bigger ms's while they arent watching, then a 1:1 would be fine as defense would not matter then.
