Making this a rule? No. As Mordack said how are supposed to enforce it? Sure it can be a rule but we are Forum Staff not In-Game Staff. This rule would have nothing to do with the Forums therefore it has no place being a Forum Rule. Simple. We COULD make it a rule but why? No possible way to enforce it..

excluding the use of the tarkin doctrine.. you can also make increase awareness.. and the addition of it being a rule.. allows people who have identified war accounts to come to you and then you can enforce it. This would be a two-way effort...as to some degree.. it always is.
